This is an exciting opportunity to join a world leading provider of liquidity and data solutions working on their flagship platform as a Principal UI Software Engineer.
You will be passionate about software development and keen to use your technical and mentoring skills to help the development team to be successful. You should be comfortable working in agile teams, have strong communication, a commitment to quality, and a focus on getting things done.
This role will primarily be hands-on with some mentoring responsibility.
You will act as the primary technical leader and developer on the team, demonstrating strong technical competencies across modern UI Engineering using React/Typescript/JavaScript and OO design principles while designing, developing, testing and overseeing production software solutions, including the development of highly complex systems, and modifications to existing systems.
You will also be able to communicate the architecture and principles behind a system to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tech Stack - JavaScript, React 16/17+, TypeScript 4/5+, UI Libraries (Material UI, Ant Design), Jest, WebPack, HTML5, CSS, Redux - NodeJS and AWS are beneficial.
This is a Hybrid role in Central London with 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home - Please ensure you are happy with this working arrangement before applying.
Salary of £120,000 + 20% bonus (There can be some flex here for the right person)
