Together we are responsible for over 1 billion EUR of indirect spend, delivering added value to our stakeholders by proactively driving cross functional category strategy approaches and unlocking value from our suppliers. Our ambition is to operate as a business partner and trusted advisor for all our stakeholders. We also act as a competence center to drive continuous improvement and deliver total value of ownership (TVO) to Randstad´s global businesses and operating companies. The role reports to the Global Mobility category that covers Fleet, Travel, Meeting & Events and all related sub-categories. your typical day includesAs a Category Manager Fleet, you act as a strong leader to develop, execute and activate the category strategy in line with the business and overall company goals and manage all sourcing activities. You will manage all contractual aspects of the suppliers in scope (global and local), maximizing compliance and optimizing/reducing the total cost. The e2e management and execution of the assigned supplier spend, meeting customer needs, ensuring a positive employee experience and driving the sustainability agenda from a procurement perspective is equally important as providing leadership within global procurement activities and contributing to the development of overall organizational goals.
