As the Production Manager, you will be responsible to oversee overall operations activities to ensure output meets business demands. Some key scopes include:

Production planning & manpower scheduling, KPI settings
Ensure production work environment adheres to environmental, health & safety regulations.
Identify areas to boost team skills, motivation and development
Work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth operations

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the General Manager of Operations, and managing a medium-sized team of production workers. If you are new to taking up a management role, you will gain the opportunity to manage a sizeable team of 30 headcount in the production team.

about the requirement

Degree in Engineering field with several years of work experience in production - such as assembly manufacturing
Track record of hands-on production management & manpower management
Mandarin language is mandatory
