The Change Manager builds project change strategies and plans that are aligned with the overall program OCM strategy and methodology. The Change Manager is an expert in Organization Change Management, understands the inherent benefits and impacts associated with performing a business transformation and appreciates the complexities and challenges faced by business stakeholders undertaking such a transformation.QualificationsYour expertise as a Senior Change Manager includes:•Monitoring and providing overview of OCM project deliverables.•Monitoring progress of the OCM project goals and key performance indicators.•Developing and implementing change plans that balance and address both program and organizational goals and operational needs.•Implementing a process to obtain a single view of change activities and needs for the client organizations.•Collaboratively working with Project Management to build the OCM network.•Collaboratively working with the OCM network to produce the deliverables; and facilitates OCM network meetings.•Engaging with the Business Unit managers and the Business Owner to build the OCM network (including Change Sponsor, Champions, Enablers, and Agents – defined in OCM plan). •Creating key messaging and overall communications plan and communication deliverables.•Assisting with the identifications of audiences, key messages, timing, and delivery methods/people.•Assessment of training needs, develops, or supports the development of training materials and assists with training delivery as appropriate.•Identifying, evaluating, and executing on areas of opportunity where change tools and frameworks can be improved to meet the specific needs of the project.•Monitoring and providing overview of OCM activities and progress, monitoring workplans with the ability adjust to maintain a ‘big picture’ perspective on the change.•Reviewing and monitoring risks, issues, mitigating actions and decisions related to OCM.SummaryDo you have this experience?
