Project Manager - Commercial Strategic OperationsDesigns and introduces corporate wide commercial governance proceduresDrives end-to-end project management for Japan wide governance/procedure optimization projectsAct as a Subject Matter Expert for governance related topics such as digital governance, SOP governance, and Market Research governance.Establishes strong working relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrates personal ownership and accountability for results, modeling transversal collaboration and one team mindsetDevelops project roadmap/tracker and continuously monitors progress against targets, anticipating problems, and co-develops solutions Facilitates communication across project team to ensure alignment on strategy, deliverables, and tracking of progressManages documentation of key project decisions, deliverables, and learnings Supports other Japan wide-corporate projects including new business models and new products launches etc.

Business Analysis and procedure development/documentation experience
Experience assessing governance/process related challenges and coming up with an optimal solution to address such challenges.
Able to communicate, train and implement newly designed procedures to impacted stakeholders.
Excellent project management (PM) skills and proficiency in PM tools
