A global organisation in the consumer goods sector is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-impact SAP Concur consolidation programme. This role involves unifying 14 existing instances into a single, enterprise-grade platform - streamlining expense, travel, and invoice processes across the business.
This is a hands-on delivery role, not just coordination - perfect for someone who thrives in large-scale, multi-entity SaaS environments and can confidently navigate technical and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full SAP Concur consolidation and implementation lifecycle across multiple regions
- Build governance frameworks and establish clear project structure
- Oversee data migration, configuration, and integration efforts
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement to align systems with business processes
- Drive user adoption and process change while managing vendor relationships
Essential Skills
- Strong project management background in global environments
- Full end-to-end SAP Concur implementation experience (Expense, Travel, Invoice)
- Expertise in multi-entity SaaS system consolidation
