Project Administrator l Construction and RenovationTemporary Assignment l Open Contract June 2022 Melbourne l VIC The Opportunity Are you an experienced Project Administrator with experience in the civils and utilities sector? You will have significant experience in project administration within the property or construction space, with the ability to work as a valued member within a team on site. It will be ideal that the candidate will have some renovation/construction experience, that is comfortable liasing with contractors, and that can also put together documents for induction, schedules and invoices claims for finance.This position will support the Senior Facilities Manager to implement, coordinate and deliver a variety of propertyprojects across its various programs. This position is also responsible for the planning and coordination ofproject activities including but not limited to documentation, tendering, contractor compliance and project schedules.From time to time the position will also assist the Facilities area to coordinate a variety of projects related to theclosure and opening of new facilities.Duties:Work in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Facilities, Fleet and Administration and Program Managersof Residential Services to:Undertake project management tasks of capital projects to ensure timely activities and deadlines are met, including providing timely and efficient coordination and dissemination of project material and project support by undertaking administrative project tasks such as managing and maintaining project briefs, project scheduling, action logs, and monitoring of projects. Prepare program schedules, tender documentation and project documentation including status reporting and meeting minutes as required.Organise, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings as appropriate.Communicate in a timely manner with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all capital projects deadlines are achieved.Assist with risk analysis with appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and issue capture, assessment and management with suitable resolutions as required.Requirements:Has a valid drivers license to drive to Gippsland at least once a week where the site is locatedReliable internent connection to work from homeExcellent communication skills, including the ability to consult with staff and service users.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Project.Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and ability to multitask.Strong attention to detail to support successful implementation of multiple projects.Demonstrated capacity to work with Microsoft Office suite.Demonstrated alignment to the ACSO Vision, Mission and ValuesUnderstanding of the social policy environment that impacts on ACSO client groups.Excellent writing skills, for a variety of audiencesBenefits:Ability to work in a well structured team environmentWorking with a well-known companyFun and collaborative environment To apply online, please click on the appropriate link or email email@example.com.
