Responsabilities:
As a Project Manager at APG, you will oversee strategic initiatives within the Digitalization & Innovation department, focusing on engagement management solutions and operational readiness. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading project planning and execution, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· RFI/RFP & RFA with potential (external) solution provider (ESGaia)
· Manage execution of the project (on-time, on-scope and within budget)
· Project Milestones:
· Delivery of the Engagement Management core components (e.g. engagement plan, asks, interactions)
· Set up engagement management solution in adherence to the engagement policies of our clients (ABP: Focus, Brede, Risico engagements. BpfBOUW/SPW/PPF: Inclusion 2.0, Client agnostic: Collaborative Engagements, Tax Engagements, etc.)
· Deliver (client) dashboarding and periodic reporting according to client requirements
· Provide clear separation of duties (i.e. Chinese walls organizing access to data for particular user groups: Internal PM vs ESM)
Other KMS components
· Migration from KMS to MS Dynamics
· Secure operational readiness (user training, BPM's, etc.) and transition to the line organization
· Decommissioning of KMS
