We have an immediately hiring need for an LMS PROEJCT MANAGER !The role of the LMS Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize the technology requirements for the implementation of a new Learning Management System that will be launched in the 3rd quarter in 2022. This includes coordinating the efforts of internal team members and third-party vendors to deliver the project according to plan. This role will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.AdvantagesCome and work with an amazing team who is dedicated to the needs of Public Service !You will have a seat at the table and drive the strategy and launch of this new LMS tool !ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning•Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support technology and business goals in collaboration with stakeholders. •Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.•Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.•Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.•Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.•Track project milestones and deliverables.•Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.•Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.•Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.QualificationsFormal Education & Certification•A degree in Computer Science or related field is required, with preference for a Master’s degree.•Project Management Professional certification is requiredKnowledge & Experience•5+ years’ work experience in IT project management, including all aspects of process development and execution.•2+ years’ work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.•3+ years’ work experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and end user training.•5+ years’ work experience implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS), in a corporate/regulatory or association environment SummaryIf this role sounds right for you, then don't delay and apply immediately !
