Experienced Project Managers – Civil Infrastructure

Our client is seeking skilled Project Managers to join their team and contribute to a variety of civil infrastructure projects across the ACT and surrounding NSW regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete project pre-planning processes, including cost estimations and budgeting
- Establish and manage construction schedules
- Negotiate contracts and obtain required permits
- Manage on-site construction personnel
- Review compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with inspectors, architects, and construction managers
- Coordinate the delivery of materials with vendors
- Generate and present project progress reports, including job status and costs
- Attend stakeholder meetings to provide progress updates
Requirements:
- Proven Project Management experience in government civil infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated portfolio of completed projects
- Project Management qualifications required
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Exceptional oral and written English communication skills
- Strong experience in civil infrastructure
- Demonstrated tenure in previous roles
