Requirements: PTS ticket & full driving licence

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team delivering a range of rail infrastructure projects across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who can lead site activities, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and manage day-to-day delivery on a variety of schemes.

You'll be working on projects such as:

• Station upgrades and refurbishments

• Platform extensions and modifications

• Access for All schemes

• Concrete and structural works

• General civils and rail infrastructure improvements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage site teams and subcontractors

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards

• Coordinate materials, labour, and resources effectively

• Liaise with clients, engineers, and project management teams

• Maintain site documentation and reporting in line with company and Network Rail standards

Requirements

• Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) ticket - essential

• Proven experience within the rail sector, particularly in station upgrades, structures, concrete, Access for All schemes, and platform works

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (travel between sites required)

• Ability to work under CIS
