■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
・3+ years of experience in CRM and/or marketing, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
・Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
・Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
・Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
・Business-level English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
・Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
