    Qualified Nursery Assistant | Leicester Based | £65 - £80 per day | Immediate start

    If so then the following role of a Qualified Nursery Assistant could be for you!

    At Randstad Education we are working closely with a number of nurseries based in the Leicester area. We are looking for qualified nursery assistants, who have the understanding of working with children and young people with a good understanding of the EYFS and Child Protection/Safeguarding procedures.

    Our client nursery thrives on supporting children to reach their full potential. The nursery pride themselves in providing a wonderful learning environment for both staff and students. You will be joining a team very dedicated to providing the best opportunities for the pupils. As a Nursery Assistant you will support the children with their learning, life skills and well-being as well as being a role model to the pupils in the nursery.

    Suitable candidates:

    The ideal candidate will be educated to Level 3 qualified, GCSE C/5 Grade in English and Maths, someone who is calm, has a level of resilience, good understanding of the EYFS and Child Protection/Safeguarding and can use their own initiative in terms of learning styles and strategies to ensure that the students are able to reach their full potential in both their learning and development.

    What are the requirements of a Qualified Nursery Assistant?

    • Current Enhanced DBS check or willing to undergo checks

    • GCSE C/ Grade 5 in Maths and English
