The successful candidate will be paid up to £31 per hour. Plus 20% additional for unsociable hours.
Responsibilities include:
-Working within a multi-disciplinary environment to handle a case load of service user
-Undertaking the appropriate tasks in assessing, planning, implementation and evaluation of action or treatment.
-Seeking the modification of attitudes or behaviours where required or appropriate.
-Handling a complex caseload involving service users with more specialist expertise
-Conducting Mental Health Act Assessments
Minimum Requirements:
-SWE Registration
-2 year post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industry
-Eligibility to work in the UK
