This is a full time role with an amazing pay rate of £40 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy team of experienced social workers to deliver effective services that safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
- Build relationships with children and families, understanding context and family dynamics, and reflectively learning together, always improving how we work
- Responsible for managing a team of 6 social workers and a senior practitioner
- You will have the skills needed to drive safe practice; continually develop inter-agency working and ensure that all services fully support the social work task and the wider early help and safeguarding systems
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children and Young People
