Rare Disease Asset and PEx ManagerDescribe the primary purpose of this role as well as the any regulatory responsibilitiesThe Rare Disease Asset and PEx Manager resides in the Japan RD Solution team leading the RD portfolio and PEx strategy and tactics reporting to RD Solution Lead. He/She is responsible for developing overall RD portfolio and PEx vision and strategy through core member of Launch Excellence Team (LET).The Rare Disease Asset and PEx Manager is also responsible for PVBP strategies and objectives in order to identify potential obstacles, barriers or delay, and brings together the appropriate information and stakeholders to address proactively: focus on portfolio and PEx.He/she is a leading member of the Japan PEx community, connecting strongly with Area Local PEx Leads, ensuring consistent local strategic implementation.He/she works in a collaborative way partnering within PEx Strategic Operations with Cares, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience and Medical/Marketing Solutions ensuring a consistent approach to strategic imperatives implementation.He/she provides connectivity between the JP PEx community and Global/Mission for leading PEx best practice, data and insights collection, preparing for tomorrow and exploring the future rare disease.【 MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES】• Ensures that it reflects all relevant inputs and insights, incorporates the needs and priorities of all stakeholders, and is finalized for presentation to the nPVU leadership, Mission and/or others as needed.• Acts as a single point of contact for requests solicited from internal stakeholders for both portfolio and PEx plan.• Advocates for interests on behalf of the LET to secure resources and engagement necessary to achieve value generation objectives.• Understand and ensure working knowledge of SOPs, as well as legal/ethical standards.• Collaborate with Ethics and Compliance/Legal colleagues to ensure all projects are designed and implemente
