The service manager will join an established service rated "very good" by the care inspectorate. As part of a national organisation, support will always be available from other houses as well as senior managers. Salary ranges from £30,000-£37,000. The service supports children ages 8-18 with childhood trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties to integrate in their community and engage in education. The service manager will lead by example to create a warm environment with a holistic approach and act as a positive parenting role model.
