Randstad is recruiting an experienced Account manager for a leading global outsourcing company providing omnichannel experiences to consumers.

Job description

The main objective of the Account manager is to build and maintain a strong and lasting partnership with all the clients of the company. It is directly responsible for managing all the accounts assigned to it in a structured and professional manner and through proactive communication.

The Account manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of the established service level (SLA) thus meeting the client's needs and expectations as well as reaching the financial and operational objectives of the company.

Maintains contact with the clients of the company through different communication channels and a structured approach regarding communication and feedback.


- managing the team of coordinators;
- operational reporting and management;
- quality assurance and customer satisfaction;
- training programs are created and respected;
- reporting on financials, monitoring revenue/gross margin;
- P&L ownership;
- budget creation/ownership.


- minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- client experience is mandatory;
- experience in financial reporting is mandatory;
- able to handle escalations;
- exposure to client services, reporting, communication, WBR, MBR, QBR;
- English advanced (C1).
