Job description

- actively looking for opportunities by presenting new solutions and services to enhance and extend existing relationships
- identifying potential clients and the key senior decision makers within the client organization and developing the pipeline of new business
- generating leads using a variety of techniques including cold calling and other means of generating interest from potential clients
- building the Randstad brand and actively seeking to grow the business of the company
- designing tailor-made solution and service proposals, presentations to clients with the involvement of senior recruitment professionals from the team
- leading contractual negotiations with new clients
- building long-term client and industry relationships across industries at senior level
- participating in professional events and conferences to establishing professional networks as well as to best understand current market trends
- supporting marketing initiatives to engage with past, existing and new clients
- working closely together with the Recruitment Consultant team to best understand the recruitment specifics of various business industries
- submitting weekly progress reports and ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s management systems



Requirements

- min. 2-5 years experience in business-to-business sales
- proven experience of growing new business preferably in a service industry with excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
- fluency in English
- a hunger for sales and working within a fast paced environment in the recruitment industry
- outstanding organizational skills, mastering in tailor-made sales follow-ups
- likes interacting with people, interested in others with a developed emotional intelligence towards business and connecting with various people
- bright and sharp mind with a go-getter attitude, assertive with an outstanding level of emotional intelligence
- excellent negotiation with a consultative approach
