    This project will be implemented in five countries and funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the framework of the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Partnership Fund. The central objective of the project is to improve the capacity of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to advocate for the realisation of the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of marginalized young people with compounded vulnerabilities. The Project Implementation Manager will lead the successful delivery of VSO’s interventions on the project in Rwanda over a 5-year period in line with the donor (Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and VSO guidelines.About VSOVSO is the world’s leading international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty.
