As part of the teams ongoing success and growth they require an experienced Insurance Administrator to join their Business Support Team.As the key part of this role you will be focused on providing excellent administration and compliance support to Clients, Advisers, Managers and Director's.Administrative DutiesTo assist in effectively delivering all aspects of office and technical support functions, for the Business UnitMaintain and develop robust processes and procedures, ensuring technical support is provided to all officers in the Business UnitWork effectively as part of a team, motivating and supporting the Technical Support teamIdentify personal development needs and work with your Line Manager to plan how these needs could be metImplement and maintain all offices functions, processes and procedures within the Business Unit including tasks such as, works orders, invoices, minutes of meetings, financial budgetary information, forecasting information, complaints, letter writingMaintain the smooth and effective operation of office support within the Business Unit, liaising with Technical Support OfficersAssist in the handling of complaints, ensuring that action is taken and complainants are informed of progressRandstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.     Are you a hands-on FP&A professional that can enhance an FP&A function extending across reporting, business analysis, data management, budgeting/forecasting and strategic planning support?You will be an experienced self-starter who will bring FP&A insight and best practice across the organisation.Responsibilities;Build, maintain and continually develop a framework of management reports & KPIs.Budgeting & Forecasting process leadLead in creating and managing the 10 year strategic plan with senior stakeholders.Take ownership of the reporting cycle and board reports.Be accountable for investigations into variance analysis, establishing root causes and providing insights on KPI performance.Provide periodic and on-demand analytics to facilitate strategic planning, budgeting & forecasting.Business partner across the business to identify commercial opportunities, maximise profit, manage financial risks and to drive business performance.Manage & develop a small FP&A team.Person specification;Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)Previous experience in an FP&A capacityExcellent report writing skillsStrong IT and data skills with know-how of technology and BI tools.Ability & confidence to challenge & influence senior stakeholdersRandstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
