As an individual, you must show clear technical ability, as well as a confident leadership style; able to deal with the numbers at a high level, but also follow a hands on approach on the ground where everything is processed.Taking ownership of the financial reporting for your businesses profit & loss to ensure the financial performance is understood and communicated to the relevant people, advising senior management of financial opportunities and threats in a timely mannerAdditionally the role will involve building relationships with a variety of stakeholders within the business to ensure focus on optimising gross profit through optimising costs and driving efficiencies.Delivery of annual budgets and quarterly forecastsYou will provide insightful and effective support to a variety of stakeholders.Manage a team to provide insightful MI analysis to assist operational & commercial teamsRequirementsQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Show strong financial and commercial experience including statutory & management reporting.Good leadership, communication and negotiation skillsGood systems skills particularly Excel.
