    Our client is seeking Admin Support Officers to commence a contract from 26 July 2021 to 17 September to provide administrative and secretarial support to staff and management at their Ballarat based Communications Centre. The role would suit a high level administrator who has an ability to multi-task. The role :- shift work, 3 days on / 3 days off including weekends. Ballarat based - onsite Assist the Centre Manager and others withadministrative and secretarial supportAct as the initial point of contact for the Centre Manager by screening calls, answering routine enquiries and processing messagesmanagement and co-ordination of meetings, preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes of meetingsPrepare draft correspondence and documents Organise and coordinate function & venue bookings, catering, travel and accommodation arrangementsCo-ordinate management of stationary and uniform orders including control of stock,ordering and purchasing of supplies,Preparation and processing of accounts for payment, processing and reimbursement of petty cash and the coordination, collection and analysis of information for budgetary and monitoring purposes.Coordinate changes and updates to the CASO roster maintain, update and submit CASO roster for monthly publicationRun monthly reports About you:- Demonstrated substantial experience and expertise providing high level administrative support understanding of meeting protocol with experience in agenda preparation and minute taking experienceEffective verbal and written communication skills to enable effective interaction with staff and stakeholders,Planning and organising skills to prioritise tasks to achieve outcomes within required timeframes,Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications including intermediate computer skills, in particular Word,Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookCustomer service orientation to ensure internal and external client needs are responded toRequired to possess a current Victorian Driver LicencePlease apply now or reach out to sarah.lowes-fernando@randstad.com.au / 03 9590 2211 for more detail.
