This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.The Site Coordinator will work on-site at our client's location, building relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. You will also identify qualified candidates, continuously screening and interviewing to build a pipeline of available talent to fill positions.In this role as Site Coordinator, you will support a busy production facility with recruiting and scheduling of shifts, while working closely with the site team to meet client expectations.
