    Federal Government client looking for a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement specialist for an initial 6 month period. Based in Parramatta with a mix of remote and on-site working (3 days in office per week) this role will utilise your strong strategic communications and engagement skills to manage communications for major aged care reforms. Key Accountabilities:Provide specialist advice to stakeholders on the design, development and implementation of a range of internal and external communication products and activitiesManage and lead a team, including providing clear and consistent communication, setting clear performance and behavioural standards, managing performance, delegating responsibility and guiding and developing peopleLead the production of and produce a range of communication products such as publications, communication plans, reports, content and material reports to deliver specific stakeholder and organisational outcomesLead the research and analysis of information and risks and capitalise on opportunities to produce the innovative and effective communication products and activitiesIdentify and implement targeted communications for internal and external audiences to achieve agreed business outcomesWork collaboratively and negotiate effectively to influence stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver agreed business outcomeAnalyse the strategic environment and priorities within the organisation and adjust communications products and activities accordinglyAssess, interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworksKey Requirements:A degree in communications, media or related discipline and/or significant experience in a Government communications roleDemonstrated experience leading delivery of internal or external communications projects and activitiesAbility to deliver high-quality, well-structured communication that is fit for purpose and audienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong engagement skills including the ability to develop productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersThe job holder may be required to travel both interstate and intrastate occasionally If this role sounds like you, apply now or email Sarah at sarah.robinson@randstad.com.au At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
