    Position Summary This position will support the GSS API Buyer/Planner team and the Global API Lead with various administration tasks to allow the team the time to focus on the strategic and tactical aspect of planning and ordering of key APIs to meet the requirements of internal and external manufacturers to support the client's business, including driving continuous value chain creation with internal stakeholders and major suppliers for business growthThe GSS API team are responsible for c$400MM USD spend inclusive of R&D and Commercial Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Regulatory Starting Materials (RSM), including category management, planning, PO/delivery documentation and associated supplier management6-month contractBased in Dublin, IrelandNotification to receiving sites on incoming shipmentsManage Importer of Record (I.O.R.) duties as applicableComplete the monthly download of all site requirements, run macros for reports and upload to Share PointOnce finalised, consolidate the monthly download inventory flight paths for all sites and upload to Share pointSupport Master Data set-up for the GSS team on SAPMaintain SAP data archiving policies/procedures and ensure 'one list' implementationLead the 'no-contract's justification process, associated presentations and approvalsSupport the coordination of the timely execution of contracts and compliance to Principal company guidelinesTrack and report contract adherence such as forecast frequency, incomers, and other key parametersCoordination of supplier questionnaires and supplier databaseData analytic for the GSS API teamSupport ad hoc data collection and reporting tasks.Experience:>5 years' experience in busy office environment, ideally with previous experience of supply chain or procurement focusDemonstrable track record of performance in managing complex, cross-functional activities Knowledge of supply chain processes and systemsSAP knowledge and Microsoft Office experienceSkills:Previous office administration experience in a fast-paced environment with several global team members Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic matrix environmentKnowledge/experience of the Pharma supply chain/procurement industry is an advantage Good Communications skills with proven work performance resultsProfessional and focused approach with a high level of attention to detailMust have excellent IT skills in Microsoft office suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointStrong working knowledge of collaborative IT tools e.g. databases, online Share Point sites is preferredPrevious working knowledge SAP & Ariba Procure-to-Pay system expertise is preferredMust have excellent written and verbal communications skillsMust be highly organised and methodical with meticulous attention to detailMust have a track record of achieving results and of working effectively with and through colleagues Clearly convey information through a variety of media to stakeholdersAbility to assess, initiate and complete actions is required.
