Ensure proper sampling & sample submission of incoming raw material and products including timely disposition, proper retention of samples and documentation of product analysis records. Conduct Quality Control in-process inspections of manufacturing and packaging operations and maintain such records. Ensure accurate/timely completion of all tasks relating to issuance & completion of batch production & packaging records. location: Hauppauge, New Yorkjob type: Temporarysalary: $20.00 - 23.50 per hourwork hours: 9 to 5education: Bachelors responsibilities:Job task:Perform & record appropriate physical evaluation such as Disintegration Time & Weight Variation etc.Work directly with manufacturing, packaging and warehouse departments to ensure Quality Control requirements are met.Identify quality problems and report to QA. Investigate and report questionable test results to QA.Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and implement recommended corrective actions.Maintain records relating to approved raw material and finished product specifications and product labels.Participate in customer complaint investigations. qualifications:Requirements:B.S. degree in Chemistry or Science with three months of experience in Pharmaceutical or related industry.Proficient in FTIR ID test, UV ID and Assay.Proficient in Titration and other Wet methods.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
