    Are you a qualified Multi-skilled Engineer with commercial maintenance experience? Are you looking for a company to offer up skilling and training?My client is a well-renowned facilities management company, who are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer with a Commercial Gas bias, who also has the ability to carry out Electrical and Air Conditioning works, carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within existing Facilities Management contracts, this is a full time and permanent opportunity, on a mobile basis.Package includes:Competitive salary up to £38,000 (depending on experience)Overtime availableCore hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)Annual leave & bank holidaysGenerous pension schemeTraining and development coursesMain duties will include:General maintenance of mechanical / electrical / air conditioning systems, undertaking PPM procedures following guidelines of standard maintenance specificationsDelivery of small works projectsCompleting risk assessments for reactive and PPM worksDiagnosing and repairing faults on equipment/apparatus using manuals and plans when requiredWorks carried out should be in line with current building regulationsComplete general FM duties Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, planning and responding to planned and reactive tasksIt is key that log books on site are kept up to date with any works carried outEmergency Call Out (when required when on 'Out of Hours' rota)All relevant paperwork and works reporting must be reported back to the Contracts Administrator to be loggedFull policy compliance is expected within this job roleThe Ideal candidate must have the following:Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification that ensures the successful candidate is fully competent and understands the building maintenance work involved in the job roleMust hold a City & Guilds qualification or equivalentMust be a qualified and experienced Gas / Electrician / Air ConditioningExperience working within FM or the building maintenance industryAbility to work independently and unsupervisedFor any information please feel free to contact Aaron Rutter on 0191 816 2884.
