    The Call Center Agent is a professional individual with a persuasive personality. Candidates must be comfortable talking on the phone and confident in directing customer interactions. They will have the ability to take initiative, and be excited about making many sales calls per day. This person will be required to follow a script and ask qualifying questions that results in a "warm transfer" to the sales agent.
