    Digby Morgan are thrilled to be working with an exciting company in the Entertainment industry, who are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their transforming HR department.Working closely with the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be able to learn and develop from an experienced and friendly team and have the opportunity to be very successful in a diverse and progressive organisation. The TA Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process and you will be given the freedom to work on your own initiative to build processes and develop and implement new recruitment strategies.The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and engaging environment. You will be given the freedom to think on your feet and help to develop strategies and ideas to assist in the long term success of the organisation.Requirements:Educated to degree standard (Bachelors) or equivalent.Solid exposure to the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, pipeline building, screening, candidate management, compliance and onboarding.Ability to work on your own initiative to develop new talent acquisition strategies.Experience managing candidate ATS systems, LinkedIn and Indeed.Ability to recruit A players, attention to detail and organization and planning skills.
