    A position has been newly created as part of our client's significant National growth strategy. To be successful, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate project leadership experience in the delivery of $100m+ projects across either oil, gas. waste, mining, or energy sectors. Brief Scope of DutiesYou will be responsible for managing all projects, taking responsibility for each element from conception to delivery. Your team will include Project Manager’s, Consultants, Engineers, Draftsmen, QHSE, and Document Control. Liaising effectively with all teams Nationally, and management of stakeholder relationships will be key, as will team leadership and the ability to drive business growth. You will be an accomplished leader of people and projects, an effective communicator, and be able to demonstrate excellence in dealing with highly regulated industry standards and guidelines. You will be detail oriented, with financial acumen, and have a demonstrable background in project planning on a National scale, project scope definition, and resource management. A construction or engineering background would be highly regarded, as would experience in process development and management, particularly within the waste sector. Overview of ResponsibilitiesYou will assume full responsibility for the design and delivery of existing and new infrastructure projects Nationally. You will have an understanding of working with the Department of Planning, and Surveyors within highly regulated sectors across either engineering or construction.Lead, manage and coordinate the Project Managers, Consultants, and EngineersDefine project scope, goals and deliverables NationallyPlan and coordinate National projects resources to ensure delivery is on time and on budget.Facilitate clients’ project meetings Facilitate all communication to Key Stakeholders with information of any impact on schedule and budget.Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarising relevant information.Track project costs and prepare cost reports for key stakeholdersEscalate or resolve any project or post-delivery issues At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
