    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, full-time, commercially minded Finance Manager (qualified accountant) to join a well-established, SME business based in Birmingham on a permanent basis.You will perform a hands-on role, from transactional finance, right through to month end accounts. You will be working closely with the business owners and management team to drive the business forward. Financial experience within an SME manufacturing business is preferred but not essential Qualified Accountant is essentialExperience in managing or supervising a small teamStrong IT skills - especially with Excel spreadsheets Honest, trustworthy, ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlinesThe applicant must have worked within a busy office environment, and be able to manage multiple tasksAbility to work within a team environment and be flexibleAbility to work and communicate with all stakeholders, to take a logical and proactive approach to the role and work calmly and accurately under pressure.
