    job summary:Senior Financial AnalystCurrently working with a successful high grow real estate development company that is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for the team with strong upside to grow into a Manager of Finance role in the short term. They are a real estate developer and homebuilding company that is a nimble mid-size growth company that is backed by a Global 300 public conglomerate company and very well funded and scaling now a lot into different geographical regions and adding this position. It would report to the Director of Finance and work closely with the CFO and executive team working on corporate FP&A activities, working on special finance projects, consolidating P&L's from the divisions, performing budgeting and forecasting work and value add analysis for CFO/Director, and work with debt sourcing and partnering with lenders and banking institutions.
