They provide support to 12 children and young adults (8-19 years) who have a range of needs including but not limited to EBD, Autism, mental health needs and learning difficulties. This setting's mission is to help those individuals make life happen which is why your role as a support worker is vital. This setting has a long standing management and team and can offer career progression to those keen to take the next step in your career. This role is needed on a full time, permanent basis, based on rotational shifts. Applicants for this role must be available to do day, nights and weekend shifts and occasional sleep ins.
