You will be working within small groups with children and young people who have severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties resulting in complex learning needs. You will be supporting their development of knowledge and skills that will enhance their well-being, independence and social inclusion. We are also recruiting individuals with no experience as long as you are prepared and committed to working with children and young adults with learning difficultiesWhat we can offer you:. Comfortable working with young adults who exhibit challenging behaviour and provide personal care where required. A commitment to on-going professional study and training. Confidence in maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Ability to keep accurate records and reports, and produce accurate graph data .
