    Digby Morgan are delighted to be working with an exciting and unique organisation in the Entertainment industry, who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Advisor to join their growing team. With a new HR Director in situ, the function is on the brink of transformation, moving away from a traditional HR Operations model to a Business Partner mindset. This newly created role is therefore a fantastic opportunity for an established HR Advisor to make the position their own and develop their commercial skillset, under the guidance of an experienced and supportive HR Director. The successful candidate will have solid exposure to the full generalist remit of HR activity, including Recruitment, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Performance Management, in addition to lifecycle pieces. You will be a key part of the team identifying growth opportunities and providing solutions and advice to improve the company's culture of high performance.RequirementsEducated to degree standard (Bachelors) or equivalentProven experience in a similar HR position, ideally as part of a Business Partnering modelAbility and experience in implementing HR projectsSolid exposure to the full generalist remit of HR activity, including Recruitment, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion and RewardGood working knowledge of Employment Law (EMEA knowledge advantageous)
