    Position:Senior Manager- Business Development and CommercialResponsible for P&L Location: Hyderabad / Dubai / Ajman General Qualifications:- Academics should be a degree in Engineering with Masters/MBA in Marketing or Finance- Person from Tobacco / Cigarette / Nicotine manufacturing/ Pharmaceutical  industry will be an added advantage- Should be dynamic & willing to travel - Good communication skills- A minimum of 10 – 15 years experience in Business Development/ Commercial Dept.- The ability to speak any European language will be an asset Basic Objectives & Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for development of new markets / clients / opportunities for Bulk Nicotine 99.9% & NRT products in stage II- Responsible for entire commercial functions for the products allotted- Accountable for Profit & Loss generated from Nicotine & other related products- Responsible for Business Development, Marketing and Sales in B2 B and B2C both Domestic and International with focus on Europe and North America. Other skills & pre – requisites: - Generation of leads - IT skills, including use of spread sheets- Team working & prompt decision making - Prioritize workloads so as to achieve set goals- Project Management & planning- Strategic / Lateral / out of the box thinking, seeing the bigger picture - Should be competent to lead a team of his own for developing the markets / products- Ability to adapt ever changing business scenarios- Negotiation skills for penetrating into new markets- Drawing up client contracts- Keep abreast of the trends happening on the Global scenario- Sales forecast, creation of budgets & MIS to the Management Salary:- Attractive with excellent earning potential based on Performance. It will be on par with the Industry- Fixed Salary plus the incentive for sales will be on a slab basis.- All the usual standard travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the Company guidelines
