Small Works Manager

My client is seeking a small works manager to run multiple schemes between 5-500k USD on a major project in the Caribbean. You will be reporting direct to the Project Director and liaising with the end client very closely. The work will be to manage multiple small schemes that could range from replacing doors through to refurbishment of a hotel lobby etc. The projects will range in value from 5k USD - 500k USD.

Ideally you will have either a trade background or a construction management degree and must be able to manage multiple sub contractors. A major part of this role will be the liaison with the end client who will expect the highest standards and requirements will be changed while work is in process.
