    Position: Sales Support Administrator
    Payrate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
    Contract: 1 year duration - temporary
    Start Date: Mid August
    Location: City of London - mainly remote working

    JOB PURPOSE
    As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the sales team by bridging the gap between two different client based sales platforms and be at the forefront of day to day problem solving for internal sales requests.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    * Route deals to appropriate owners to optimise sales operations
    * Match Meraki's existing customer and reseller database to that of Cisco's
    * Analyse and assign cases in accordance with sales rules
    * Conduct end-customer research
    * Review and verify applications from partners
    * Work cross-functionally with teams to respond to critical sales issues


    PERSON SPECIFICATION
    * Strong organisation skills coupled with the ability to multitask
    * Capable of working in a high energy and deal volume environment
    * Comfortable working to deadlines
    * Team-oriented with strong communication skills
    * Salesforce Experience (highly desirable)
    * Experience in Sales Support (highly desirable)
