・Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
・Experience managing a sizeable sales team in a fast-paced environment.
・Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Knowledge of the Japanese technology market is highly desirable.
・Experience in the data center, network, or ELV system industries is a plus.
