the role
- Manage a team of salespeople to drive sales and meet company targets.
- Collaborate with buyers on pricing, quantities, and returns, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Forecast sales, plan budgets, and execute A&P activities.
- Open new accounts and maintain existing relationships with distributors across the designated region.
the experience
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Able to independently cover the central and southern areas.
- Independent with strong leadership and planning skills.
- Performance-driven with the potential of uncapped commission.
