Your New Role

As the Sales Representative, you will be reporting into the Telesales Team Leader who is known within the business for their supportive and knowledgeable presence within the business. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls
• Answering customer enquiries regarding products
• Up-selling products over the phone
• Processing sales orders into the database
• Providing a high level of customer service
• General administration as required

• Previous Sales, Telesales, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Customer Service, Retail or Hospitality experience
