Education: B.E. / MCA / Or Equivalent
15+ years of experience in Project Management with 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. SAP PM is responsible for end-to-end delivery of a project i.e. taking a project from its Initiation till
closure
2. Keeping track of budget and schedule for the project lifecycle
3. Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating those
Identifying crisis situations during the project lifecycle and handling them.
4. Own the project issues and ensure their resolution by engaging appropriate teams
5. Create Project Plan and Manage Stake Holders
6. Manage and take accountability for various project deliverables
7. Participating in review of key project documents like various deliverable templates (FS, TS, Config
Specs, etc.), Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test strategy, Test Plan, cut-over plan, hyper-care
plan.
9. Timely status reporting over project and escalations, as required.
10. Prepare periodic reports and share with all concerned
11. Participate in Change control meetings and manage all changes over projects
12. Play role in project and resource prioritization along with IT and SAP and Business stakeholders
13. Take responsibility of staffing, delivery management and people management

Mandatory skills:
1. Strong Project Management Skill
2. Strong SAP Knowledge
3. Coordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations
4. Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT and Risk
Management
5. Experience with multiple project lifecycle implementations and demonstrated knowledge of best
practices for custom-developed, software development projects.
6. Experience in using Project Lifecycle Management tools
7. Successful prior demonstration of a productive business partner and supplier interactions and
relationships.
8. Ability to work in a team environment, analyse issues and synth feedback from all levels within the
business and technical environments.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment.
10. Ability to quickly adapt to changes related to timelines.
11. Ability and interest in learning new technologies quickly.
12. Facilitate meetings to drive out tasks, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from business and IT
stakeholders
13. Excellent relationship management skills demonstrating mature confidence and integrity; Proven
track record building and maintaining productivity of the SAP team
