Randstad MENA is seeking experienced Leadership Development Consultant on behalf of a major client to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:

  • To be the thought leader and subject manger expert (SME) for "leadership consulting" services. The core responsibility is to setup the technical foundation for leadership consulting practice and enable its implementation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Training Solutions Division to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

  • Develop methodologies, frameworks, and products for leadership consulting service. Key products/frameworks include talent management, leadership strategy, leadership competency models, learning paths, leadership pipeline/succession planning, cultural assessment, teams' effectiveness, employees' engagement, on-job developmental assignments etc.

  • Design technical solutions for leadership consulting projects; develop proposals, and financial estimates.

  • Oversee, quality assure, and lead leadership development projects both for design and implementation phases.

  • Lead technical discussions and pre-sales activities with clients' top management and L&D managers to negotiate technical solutions and scope.

  • Lead technical procurement process by writing technical tenders, evaluating and negotiating technical solutions and scope with vendors.

  • Develop strategic relationship with leadership consulting vendors.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Post graduate qualifications in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development is desirable.
  • 12+ years of work experience in L&D or in any HR development field
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in managing client-facing consulting engagements is desirable.
  • Previous experience in building consulting practice, methodologies and proposals is desirable.
  • Knowledge of different leadership development schools and GCC market intelligence around consulting providers' capabilities is a plus.
