Randstad MENA is seeking experienced Training & Development Consultant on behalf of a major client to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:

  • To plan, schedule and manage all technical aspects of proposals scoping, development and evaluation, including inputs on strategy for Learning and Development (L&D) service offerings. The role holder also acts as the in-house specialist for Human Capital Development advice as required by the various departments within the company

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the Training Department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Prepare Training Department reports timely and accurately to meet organizational and departmental requirements, policies and standards
  • Defining, development and management of employee competencies
  • Participate in job analysis (JA) and training need assessment (TNA) requirements capture
  • Advise on the Training and Development programmes
  • Advise on Educational programmes
  • Advise on Foreign Language programmes
  • Participate in the proposal evaluation process and raise technical questions to Bidders
  • Participate in systematic after-action-reviews for successful and unsuccessful bids, ensuring appropriate feedback loops for lessons learned
  • Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates/team members and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree HR or Education and Training Management is desirable
  • Native English speaker essential
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a recognized business school
  • 15 years of relevant experience in a HR Development and Training Management/Delivery role
