Job Type: Temporary (8-12 weeks) or Temp-to-Perm đ
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible (typically 9:30 am - 1:30 pm or 10:00 am - 2:00 pm) â° We're happy to chat about your availability!
Location: Wetherby
Pay Rate: ÂŁ25 per hour (negotiable) / Permanent role: ÂŁ26,000 - ÂŁ30,000 pro rata (part-time, 20 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with tube feeding đŒ
- Medication administration đ
- Epilepsy care âĄïž
- PSHE lessons
- Training other staff members đšâđ«
- Adherence to intimate care policy
- General care and support for children with complex special needs â€ïž
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Public Health Nurse qualification
- Experience in a similar role
Desirable:
- Children's nursing experience (including tube feeding, medication administration, epilepsy care, and intimate care)
- Experience working in an education setting đ«
- Experience as a Children's District Nurse (if applicable)
