We are currently supporting a leading Swiss Bank in the Zurich, in their search for an experienced Senior Desk Support Analyst.



  • Providing technical support for any aspect of the information systems department, including computer hardware, operating systems, applications and networks.


Required skills and knowledge:

  • Strong all-rounder ability to pick up and support custom apps quickly
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Good knowledge of scripting such as power shell/ batch or similar
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server (basic administration and some basic querying)
  • Some knowledge of Windows Admin: basic knowledge of windows server administration & troubleshooting
  • Some knowledge of infrastructure cloud/ virtualization
  • Ability to read .Net c# code (no coding experience required but ability to provide 1st level support on an in-house app )
  • Banking experience
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, German is a plus
