    Are you an experienced science teacher with a passion for educating pupils? Do you have a track record for delivering interactive and high-quality science lessons? Are you looking for a new and exciting role to start in September 2022 in Barnsley?

    Randstad Education is supporting a secondary school based near Barnsley, to recruit a science teacher to work on a full time temporary contract.

    You will be teaching KS3 & KS4 general science, and science teachers of all specialisms are encouraged to apply. The role will in September, and is on an on-going basis, initially until December 2022, but may get extended.

    As a qualified science teacher, you will be welcomed to an outstanding and supportive management team, working alongside some excellent practitioners, ensuring the curriculum is being taught effectively.

    • The position will start in September (when school re opens), and will run until the end of December 2022. However, the role could be extended or become a permanent role.

    • Working hours are full time Monday to Friday, with competitive rates of pay.

    • You will be required to cover all aspects of a science teachers role, including marking and contributing towards planning.
