If so, we are looking for motivated Teaching Assistants to work in a busy school environment in the Wirral area!
Randstad Education currently works alongside a school in the Sefton area looking for Teaching Assistants to work with pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour, ADHD, autism and additional needs to start as soon as possible. We seek to recruit passionate Learning Support Assistants to work alongside children and young people with a multitude of Special Needs. This will start off on a temporary basis; long term and full time position, but will lead to a potential permanent contract.
The role
Working as a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting children across all Key Stages, accompanied by a Teacher and other Support Assistants. You will be working with children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs; MLD, PMLD, SLD, Autism, ADHD and Physical Disabilities.
A lot of these students have a challenging background and are in need of some significant support to help grow their self esteem and confidence, as a teaching assistant you can have a massive impact on their lives.
