Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist students with their learning and personal development, both in the classroom and within the community.
- Provide support to young people with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism, helping them achieve their educational and personal objectives.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that values equality, diversity, and respect.
- Empower students while expanding your knowledge of Special Educational Needs.
- Deliver top-quality support, including personal care and physical intervention when necessary.

- Have strong communication skills, especially in working with students with specific communication needs.
- Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Are willing to work towards additional qualifications, fully funded by us.
